How are appointments scheduled?

We do are best to make all appointments in a timely manner. Children age five and below will be seen during our morning hours, when they are less tired, enabling us to better communicate with your child and ensure a positive experience.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

Appointment times are reserved specifically for your child. While we understand that emergencies do arise, please make every effort to cancel an appointment giving at least 24 hours notice. We reserve the right to release a patient from our care if two appointments are missed without cancellation notice.

How do I pay for dental care at your practice?

It is our policy to receive payment as our treatment progresses unless other specific arrangements are made. We are happy to file your insurance as a courtesy. In most cases, we do not have a direct relationship with your insurance company and therefore it is your responsibility to understand your benefits and coverage and assume responsibility for what your insurance does not cover. We accept payments made by cash, check, Mastercard or Visa.
