Thank you!  Wow after 15 years and three children, Dr.Macon is finally finished with the Byron family, and have ALL those trips been worth it!  Dr. Macon and his staff have been nothing but wonderful to work with.  There has always been a pleasant, fun and relaxed atmosphere at their office, a true pleasure to visit each month!  Right from the beginning we have been impressed.  When our dentist suggested we go and possibly start with our first child, we had consultations with two orthodontists.  One wanted to start right away, but Dr. Macon highly recommended that we wait until she lost most of her baby teeth (which was another year later).

Dr. Macon never started too early. He always began the process at the right time and ended exactly on time, or even earlier than promised, and for teenagers that was very important!

I am writing this letter to thank you for putting my teeth where they are supposed to be. I must say 1 am very glad it is over with and I got all that metal out of my mouth. In the past few weeks since I got my braces off several people have made a comment to me like did you have braces? Your teeth are like, perfect. That is what made me feel that two years of getting food stuck in my teeth might have ended up being worth it. So, it looks like you did a great job with me and I just wanted to say thanks to you and all of your staff that helped. I always felt like I was given the best service possible. I enjoyed skipping morning classes to come in and see even if you would put on heavier wires or chain all my front teeth together. It feels really nice now to be able to feel my teeth again. I think I will be coming back occasionally so you can check on my retainer and we can talk about sports and how great Carolina is doing. Thank you so much for my beautiful smile! I know my parents are dentists and everything, but they could never do what you did: I'm so glad they took me to you for my braces. I don't think anyone could have done a better job. I look forward to getting my retainer soon so I can keep my teeth the way they are now. It was great to get them off the day before homecoming. I was so excited, and having them off made me smile even more. Even though I was anxious to get them off, I had a lot of fun with them while they were on. They never hurt me, and things like scaring my friends in the middle of the night with glow in the dark colors was awesome. I'll never forget that.
