The first appointment is a preliminary evaluation to determine if there is a need for orthodontic treatment. You will be advised on the general nature of the problem and given an estimate as to what the total fee will be.  Please complete both sides of the enclosed health questionnaire before your visit.

If the patient is not ready to start treatment at this time, he or she will be placed on recall for periodic observation to monitor growth and development. If orthodontic treatment is indicated now, diagnostic records will be necessary.

You may choose to save a trip and have diagnostics records taken at your first visit, or you may choose to set up a separate appointment.
