Meet the Orthodontic Staff

Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

As a treatment coordinator, it is my pleasure to introduce new patients and their family members to our doctors and staff. Before working at Wake Orthodontics, I was a patient here. It was a wonderful experience, and I try to pass it on to our patients. My goal is to see everyone comfortable and enjoy their experience at our office. I believe that no question is too silly or unimportant. If it matters to patients, it is important to me. I also take photos, X-rays, impressions, and other information to make diagnostic records. I have a wonderful family including my parents, two brothers, and a kitty. I am a big fan of big roller coasters and participating in church activities. My favorites are medical and dental mission trips.

Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

I joined the Wake Orthodontic family in June 1995. It has been a pleasure to meet many wonderful patients throughout these years. I love helping patients feel comfortable and well taken care of at their new patient and consultation appointments. I also want to help our patients and parents understand their treatment needs, to answer their questions, and to help them feel well informed! One of the many reasons I have worked here for so long is because of the caring and ethical manner in which our orthodontists treat our patients. I am happily married and have a beautiful little girl. We love animals and have a cat and a dog. When I am not at work, you can usually find me spending time with family and friends, decorating cakes, running races, taking pictures, going bowling or to the movies, or at the beach.

Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

As a treatment coordinator at Wake Orthodontics, it is my responsibility to help make your initial visit a comfortable and memorable experience. I will walk you through the necessary steps to get started creating your new smile. Some of my duties include taking measurements, x-rays, photos, and models of your teeth so our doctors can determine your orthodontic needs. I began working for Wake Orthodontics in June 2012, but I have been in the field of orthodontics since 2009. I adore my job because I love meeting new people, especially children! I have the opportunity to watch them grow, mature and appreciate their new smiles as treatment progresses. I have much respect for the doctors of our practice. They are detail-oriented and spend much time creating a customized treatment plan for each patient, then communicating that plan before treatment begins. They also take the extra time necessary to continue good communication throughout treatment. On a more personal note, I have been happily married to my best friend for 3 years. We do not have any children of our own, but have three wonderful World Vision children that we communicate with throughout the year. We have one cat named Sniffles, and one dog named Scrappy. In my free time, I love to go to the beach, shopping, and spend time with friends.
